PetroChina fully guarantees oil and gas supply during the two sessions

The two sessions of the National People's Congress(NPC)and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)are about to be held.PetroChina's units in Beijing are carefully deployed to launch production and operation plans during major events,actively organize oil and gas resources,implement safety production responsibilities and emergency work,and fully guarantee the stable supply of oil and gas resources during the two sessions under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
As of May 19,the oil depots of PetroChina Beijing Sales were in full operation,and two full-variety oil depots were available as emergency support depots to ensure the continuous supply of oil products in Beijing.During the two sessions,Beijing sold a total of 10 gas stations to provide refueling services for conference vehicles,oil storage adopted special oil storage closed management,oil quality testing.At the same time,Beijing Sales also cooperates with Beijing Branch of Transportation Company to select capable drivers to ensure timely distribution of oil products to direct gas stations and institutional users,and has three emergency transport vehicles.
The Natural Gas Sales Branch organizes and carries out the investigation of hidden dangers and fire safety inspection of risk places and equipment and facilities such as natural gas gate stations and gas filling stations in accordance with the requirements of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and rectifies the sales items immediately when problems are found to ensure the safe and stable operation of pipelines.Beijing Branch of Natural Gas Sales strictly implements the 24-hour duty and leadership system for key posts to ensure that all work organizations,management and personnel are in place;Actively communicate with the competent government departments and upstream and downstream users in Beijing,build a gas plan docking mechanism,do a good job in gas demand research and judgment,identify key areas and key users,actively raise resources,formulate precise emergency response measures,and enhance support capabilities.
On May 15,CNPC issued the Notice on Strengthening Safety Production during the Two Sessions in 2020,requiring all units in Beijing to prepare for emergencies in advance,strengthen production control management,and strictly prohibit overloading production to ensure the safe and stable operation of the group's production and operation.Other units of PetroChina in Beijing have formulated preventive plans in advance,strengthened risk management and control,and ensured the smooth supply of oil and gas during the two sessions.
